Brad offers a deeply personalized approach specific to each individual to help them build upon their strengths and accomplish the personal growth they are committed to achieving. With compassion and understanding he utilizes a collaborative approach where he works with you to identify goals of therapy and the right pace of attaining those goals. His specialties include couples, grief, stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions (gambling, technology, alcohol and drugs). He seeks to create a safe, open-minded, nonjudgmental and creative environment where you will feel comfortable articulating and exploring thoughts, feelings and experiences. Brad applies techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. An individual's health and life satisfaction can be enhanced through a positive and warm relationship that fosters change, growth and healing to occur. He hopes that through genuineness, hope and courage your life journey will take on a more meaningful direction. His interests include: skiing, hiking, reading, and travel.
